Project Deliverables

Floor Plan Layout

The bathroom and built-in wardrobe have been removed to maximize space. The entrance and laundry partition became a built-in shelving. The wardrobe area is now the desk space. While the bathroom is designed into a sofa-bed corner to be used either as a cosy corner or Guest bedroom. The storage corridor became a walk-in wardrobe.

Concept Board

The design aims to create a bright, airy, and cozy space using whites, wood tones, neutral palettes, and an accent color. By focusing on décor over furniture and incorporating a built-in wardrobe, the compact area will feel open, simple, and uncluttered.

3D Perspectives

The design will feature high gloss paint on the ceiling and satin paint on the walls to enhance light reflection. An IKEA bookcase and pegboard will provide additional storage for office accessories, complemented by a white desk with wooden legs and a versatile office chair that doubles as a lounge chair. A table lamp will add ambient lighting, while hanging pots will be used for plants to keep them out of reach from cats. The entrance to the walk-in wardrobe will have an archway, and the existing flooring will be retained throughout the space.
